I weighed in again today and it said that I was down 5 lbs since the start of my gym time. That is 5 lbs in 11 days! Pretty awesome!

Today I did 40 minutes on the treadmill, it said I had burned 211 calories. I did about 35 minutes going 3 MPH then the last 5 minutes where I normally do the “cool down” I just went a little slower. The cool down makes the speed go down pretty fast and it goes really slow so I thought I would just slow it down a little.

I have been having some trouble with one of my knees for a while now, and doing all this exercise has actually been helping it! Everytime I do the treadmill it seems to feel a little better. I haven’t been having any pain in my feet at all. The Shape Ups are really great shoes.

I did 30 minutes on the lower body weight machines.

    I just got back on the Wii after 15 days with basically no exercising (except a few walks with the hubby). I have been trying not to eat late at night because I know this is one of my problems and guess what? In that 15 days I also lost 5.1 lbs! YAY ME! School is out, so I intend to do the Wii Fit first thing every morning. Today I did 45 minutes and burned 250 calories.

    I also notice that I FEEL better when I exercise, my knees crack less, my shoulders hurt less, I have fewer headaches, and overall I just feel better.

    Aren’t the Shape Ups just awesome??

    I agree with the feeling better, too. My knee has been a lot better since I started at the gym and I haven’t had as many headaches.

    Completed my Wii Fit today. 32 minutes & 200 calories…My shoulders and feet are killing me today, plus hubby was off…I just didn’t feel like pushing past that… How’d you do?
