I am a little late on adding my Tuesday workout. I did 30 minutes of upper body weight training and 35 minutes on the treadmill. I’ve still been trying to work up to going faster on the treadmill but haven’t really been able to get beyond 3MPH yet. I start out at 2 and bump it up to 3 after about 30 seconds then do 3 for 30 minutes and do the “cool down” for the last 5 minutes. It seems to work out well. I’m still aiming for more though!

I have also been doing really well with food, and not drinking pop very often at all.
